What Is Your Return Policy?
We warmly offer a 30-day risk free trial of our products, during which you can return your product at any time if you're unsatisfied.
To be eligible for a return all items must be returned in their original packaging and condition that you received them in. We ask to please email us at hi.furforthought@gmail.com and attach photos for assessment of return eligibility.
What Is Your Refund/Exchange Policy?

How Long Does It Take For My Exchange To Be Processed?
After your exchange has been successfully accepted we begin working hard behind closed doors to dispatch your new order as quickly as possible! Delivery should then take between 6-9 days to arrive at your door.

How Long Does It Take For My Refund To Be Processed?
Awaiting a refund? You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.
